(01) Services

From idea to live product, every layer in one team.

Whether it’s a single screen or a platform with dozens of integrations, we plan design, development and launch at the same table.

  1. ERP, CRM, B2B portals and internal tools shaped around how your business actually works. We step in where off-the-shelf packages fall short.

    • Workflow automation
    • Admin panels
    • Roles & permissions
    • Reporting
  2. Fast, search-friendly web applications, SaaS products and corporate websites that work properly on every screen.

    • SaaS
    • Corporate sites
    • Customer portals
    • Multilingual
  3. iOS and Android, from a single codebase or fully native. Store submission, release management and push notifications included.

    • iOS & Android
    • Flutter
    • React Native
    • Store release
  4. Sales-ready platforms wired to payments, shipping, e-invoicing and marketplaces. We get your existing systems talking to each other.

    • Payment gateways
    • Marketplaces
    • e-Invoicing
    • ERP integration
  5. From user flows to design systems. Screens are tested with real users as clickable prototypes before a line of code is written.

    • User flows
    • Prototyping
    • Design systems
    • Accessibility
  6. Document search, classification, summarisation and assistants, added to your product in a measured, auditable and privacy-conscious way.

    • Document search
    • Classification
    • Assistants
    • Data privacy
  7. Automated delivery, monitoring and backups for systems that stay up long after launch. Our monthly maintenance plans cover updates and support.

    • CI/CD
    • Monitoring & alerts
    • Backups
    • Support plans

(02) Process

A way of working without surprises.

Every project follows the same rhythm: first we listen and understand, then we move forward in small, verifiable steps.

  1. 01 1–2 weeks

    Discovery

Together we pin down your goals, your users and your constraints. You walk away with a roadmap that puts scope, timeline and cost in writing.

    • Scope document
    • Technical architecture
    • Timeline & quote
  2. 02 2–4 weeks

    Design

Flows and interfaces are tested as clickable prototypes, so everyone agrees on what gets built before development starts.

    • User flows
    • Prototype
    • Design system
  3. 03 2-week cycles

    Development

At the end of every cycle we walk through a working build in staging together, and you set the priorities for the next one.

    • End-of-cycle demo
    • Staging environment
    • Code review
  4. 04 On an agreed date

    Launch

A release that has passed automated tests, security checks and performance measurements goes live with a tested rollback plan.

    • Load & security tests
    • Rollback-ready deploy
    • Team training
  5. 05 Ongoing

    Care & growth

Monitoring, updates and new features keep the product moving. We adjust the roadmap based on real usage data.

    • Monitoring & alerts
    • Updates
    • New features

* Durations are for mid-sized applications; for corporate websites, discovery and design take days rather than weeks. You get a tailored timeline once the scope is clear.

(03) Approach

Writing code is only part of the job.

Long-lived software needs open communication, solid engineering and a team that takes ownership. We hold every project to the six principles below.

  1. Transparency

The task board, code repository and staging environment are shared with you from day one. You can always see what was done, when and why.

  2. Code and accounts in your name

The economic rights to the code and design files we create for you are assigned to you by contract, and infrastructure accounts are opened in your name from day one. You’re never locked in.

  3. Fast and secure from day one

Performance budgets, security headers and automated tests go in during the first week of development. Security bolted on later always costs more.

  4. Measurable outcomes

We agree on success metrics up front: conversion rate, load time, error rate. Then we review those numbers together at every demo.

  5. Small, focused team

The same people carry your project from start to finish. Nothing gets lost in hand-offs.

  6. Long-term partnership

The team that launches your product is the team that looks after it. No hunting for a new agency after go-live.

You don’t judge software on launch day. You judge it two years later, by how easy it still is to change.

(04) Stack

The right tool for each job.

We pick technology by asking three questions: Is it easy to maintain? Is it well documented? Could your own team take it over tomorrow?

Frequently asked questions

Write to us
How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. A corporate website usually takes 3–6 weeks; a mid-sized web or mobile application takes 2–4 months. You get a clear timeline at the end of discovery.

How is pricing structured?

We offer two models: a fixed price for well-defined projects and a monthly team model for products that keep evolving. After the introductory call we share a budget range; the fixed, written quote follows at the end of discovery.

Who owns the source code and the rights?

You do. The economic rights to the source code and designs we create for you are assigned to you by contract, and infrastructure accounts are opened in your name or handed over in full at the end of the project.

Can you take over and improve our existing software?

Yes. We start with a short technical review of the code and infrastructure, report the risks and priorities, then draw up an improvement plan with you.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans covering bug fixes, security updates, monitoring and new feature development.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Of course. Just ask before our first call. Nothing about your project is shared without your permission.
